1. About Us
Holly & Dough is a small, home-run baking business based in Abergavenny. By placing an order or purchasing from our bake shed, you agree to the terms below.
2. Products & Availability
All items are freshly baked in small batches. Availability is limited and items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis unless pre-ordered.
We reserve the right to substitute ingredients or products where necessary, while maintaining quality.
3. Orders & Payment
Payment methods accepted: [cash / honesty box / bank transfer / card].
Full payment is required at the time of purchase or in advance for pre-orders.
For honesty box payments, customers are expected to pay the correct amount.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
5. Allergies & Dietary Information
All products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to: gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.
While care is taken, we cannot guarantee any product is completely allergen-free.
Customers are responsible for checking ingredient information before purchase.
6. Custom Orders
Custom bakes (including celebration cakes) must be ordered in advance.
A non-refundable deposit of [20%] may be required to secure your booking.
Final balances must be paid fully before collection.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products:

No refunds are offered on baked goods once purchased.

Cancellations of custom orders require at least 3 days notice. Deposits are non-refundable.

If we need to cancel your order, a full refund will be provided.

8. Collection & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for collecting orders at the agreed time.
Once items are collected or purchased from the bake shed, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for damage, loss, or improper storage after this point.
9. Storage & Consumption
Products are best consumed on the day of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Storage instructions may be provided and should be followed.
10. Hygiene & Safety
We follow UK food hygiene guidelines for home-based food businesses with the FSA.
However, products are made in a domestic kitchen environment.
11. Liability
We are not liable for:
