Hi, I’m Holly — the baker behind Holly & Dough.

My partner and I moved to Abergavenny in search of a slower pace of life for our young daughter, and quickly fell in love with the community and surroundings. After realising how much I wanted to be more present at home as I was needed more, I decided to turn my love of baking into something more.

With the support of my partner; who built my bake shed from scratch! Holly & Dough was born.

You’ll find fresh, homemade bakes made with care in my little shed, created around family life and shared with the local community.
